Billing department does not know how to bill insurance correctly -tricare specifically. I called on 3 different occasions to correct their mistake. I even called tricare to see how they would need to bill them tricare told me and I relayed the information however, my card was billed $540 because they do not know how to properly bill insurance. This place is very overwhelming and their counselors are very unprofessional and very intrusive about wanting to put you on medication you don't need, one of their nurse practitioners called me in a drug i had been weaned off of and told me i needed to take it because my brain would never be the same without the medication 💊 not true i waited on the phone for a counselor for 30 min and i only got 20 minutes to chat with her, but if i would have left before she got there they would have charged me 200.00 dollars for not bein... read more
