Last week, I scheduled an appt with Nicole Schroyer for today. Nicole canceled the appt today, less than 8 hours before the appt time, saying she isn't accepting new clients because she has a full schedule. So why did her profile say she was accepting new patients? Why was i able to be scheduled with her as a new patient? And most importantly, why did she wait til the day of the appt to cancel? I feel like Ms Wiley-Holman really took the time to listen to my daughter and let her speak. We only had one session so far but we are pleased.
She was absolutely amazing..warm, inviting and nonjudgmental..
