Worst company Thrive. I had an in person appt today at 11. I cant ZOOM they knew that so it was person to person. I already paid my #25.00 copay. I got a confirmation. They then told me it was put in as a zoom call. Never saw or spoke to dr.they couldnt change it. They had the audacity to tell me because I canceled which i didnt they did that i owe them $135.00 not happening. Don't use Thrive they dont even speak or understand English when they answer the phone and keep you holding forever when seriously this is the USA.
Beth is the best psychologist I have ever spoken with. She is very kind, compassionate and understanding. If you suffer from any form of PTSD she is incredible. Her advice is solid as a rock. AAAA+++++ 10 Stars!
