Worst customer service - virtual therapy gave me a very hard time canceling my appointment saying “we can only cancel the appointment if you reschedule your appointment “ you can’t force a client to reschedule. They tried charging me $138 for canceling even though it was 2 days in advance stay away total SCAM beware!!!
