I have no complaints for the provider, she has been fantastic. I’m frustrated with the way they have handled my insurance coverage and billed me with unexpected notice of $500 and won’t work with me to try and get this resolved.
Fast and easy to schedule appointments, virtual sessions available, appreciated bio information on therapist on website. I have formed a trusting, therapeutic relationship with Elia. She is kind, thoughtful and supportive in session. She also identifies where you are and what you need to move forward.
The therapist didn’t show up on the zoom call - first time appointment- not good
