I called with my 74 yo mother to see if there was a practitioner who could see her in person. I was stunned by the rude reception of the woman who answered the phone; she required insurance and payment information before even helping us navigate to a provider my mom wanted to see. Very backward and unnecessary.
It was great. Felt good.
