Very kind, respectful, professional people all around. I am super grateful for the virtual environment. I appreciate the ability to get help remotely so I don't have to take too much extra time off-work. Everyone feels safe and caring and have listened and offered the kind of help I think will work for me most in the long run.
My therapist, Gina, was great. I would highly recommend her! She was very understanding, asked questions to better understand my life and family dynamics. She did not make me feel rushed or like my concerns weren’t valid. I finished the appointment feeling comfortable with her and our plans to address my mental health concerns.
