I was nervous about using Zoom instead of in person but it's actually turned into a pretty good experience I look forward to every week. I initially signed on with someone else but didn't feel like it was a good fit after first session and I was easily able to change therapists. I'm SO GLAD I switched early on and chose Pam. Very kind, respectful, professional people all around. I am super grateful for the virtual environment. I appreciate the ability to get help remotely so I don't have to take too much extra time off-work. Everyone feels safe and caring and have listened and offered the kind of help I think will work for me most in the long run.
