Thriveworks is an amazing therapy system, Bernie is so lovely, very helpful
I had a frustrating experience with Thriveworks due to a scheduling issue. They have a very strict policy and charge a $135 late/no-show fee, even in cases where the scheduling error may not have been thriveworks fault. Their approach feels overly rigid and profit-driven, which was disappointing.
