Thriveworks has repeatedly charged my debit card for services without providing an itemized bill, despite multiple requests. I have spent several hours on the phone with their support team and have been told repeatedly that a supervisor would contact me, but no one has followed up after weeks of waiting. I have requested itemized billing at least five times. Instead, Thriveworks has sent sporadic and incomplete receipts that do not match the amounts charged.
