I am very happy with my entire experience with Thriveworks. From the initial phone call to my individual therapy sessions, they have been extreamly helpful and my therapist is fantastic. Highly recommend.
This place is such a scam. They just tried to charge my partners debit card for $500 months later, with no notice for TWO appointments. First, they said the insurance didn't go through, then they changed their story and said it went through but we had to pay and wait to get reimbursed by them? This is not my first rodeo and that's not how this works. It's a real shame. I have no problem with my counselor- she's great- but the outsourced billing is utterly abysmal. They take a card and charge it after appointments. They did not properly bill my insurance, and I had been charged the full self-pay price for two appointments. I called the billing department number from their website and got hung up on after half an hour of hold time. Emails sent to Thriveworks get duly ignored, or not read correctly when they are read.
