Friendly staff, everyone really from the front office staff to the Nurse Practitioners and doctors themselves. They ask constructive yet polite questions and they actually listen attentively.
Today was my sons second appointment with JoAnn Gulley. Both appointments have been terrible experiences! She prescribed medication to my child that was not even significant to his anxiety. She is extremely judgemental, and talks down to me especially, but treats us both like we are toddlers. We are going through a very hard time in life probably our most difficult ever, and instead of being helpful or empathetic in any way she looks down her nose in judgement. I thought I would never smile again, I think I have a trail on tears from! Dr. Mormon and the staff at Beaumont Spindletop feeling my pain it seems! They were always there so kind and loving! They were always professional and you can see the perfection of there craft! Thanks each and every component of this very team!!
