Dr Heintz really understands what I'm going through.
Didn’t answer emails for weeks or listen to what I needed; honestly mean. So disappointed with how the psychiatrist managed the sessions. Went for two months and she never responded to my email. Had to get the whole website involved & they didn’t help much either. Such a waste of time. DO NOT GO HERE. Very disappointed.
My experience with Jacqueline Hayes was one that made me never want to do therapy again. She kept talking about how I was late with an attitude when the reason I was late was because I was having a breakdown in my car. Kept bringing insurance and payment. I broke down in the lobby, in the session, and post session and when the session was over she just let me walk out by the door even though I was in major distress. I could not be more disappointed in the therapist and how she managed our session. I put a lot of thought into finding an in-person therapist that seemed approachable, was INN w/Cigna, and had experience with the topics I needed help working through. I found Jacqui Hayes on Psychology Today and was so impressed by her profile. From the moment I sat down, she was trying to shuffle me to another therapist.
