I appreciate my counselor, Karen. She's very patient and a good listener. She gives, suggestions to combat whatever situation I might be struggling with.
This is my 7 y/o son's 2nd time meeting with the therapist, Ms. Karen, virtually and he has really taken to her and feels very comfortable sharing his feelings. I feel she has a genuine interest in him and as a result; we have already started to see an improvement in his classroom behavior and participation. So far so good!
Therapists are grear but MY GOD customer service over the phone is awful!
I don’t recommend if I could give 0 stars I would, I’ve been waiting for a doctors note for my job for a week now and I still have not received it. Every time I call it’s the same thing “we are emailing the clinical director they should contact you in 48-72 hours” and nobody ever contacts me. Very unprofessional!
