I had a very disappointing experience with Thriveworks. First, the intake session rate was $395 per hour, but I was not informed of this in advance. My intake session lasted only about 30 minutes and mostly involved basic background questions. I did not feel that any meaningful value or therapeutic support was provided. I really like Michelle Swanson, just within 2 visits I have really felt a difference in my mood and behaviors just feeling lighter. She is easy going, I feel really comfortable with her its not like any therapy Ive had before - which is why I was nervous about this I had bad experiences with zoom call therapy in the past - where as this just feels like shes actually listening and giving advice and I really recommend her at Thriveworks.
