They made schedule an appointment to fill my accommodations form, at the appointment the provider said that he wants me to email the forms which I did. The provider didnt fill out the forms by the deadline and they asked me to schedule another appointment which I did but I had an emergency due to which I missed my appointment and they charged me a fee of $135.00. The provider that I had couldnt even speak proper English, provided very little support.
Lisa Swann is an excellent counsellor! Her communication skills greatly assist in her understanding of my specific emotional situation. She has already begun providing me with techniques that aid in overcoming my current emotional obstacles.
