I have nearly nothing bad to say about the therapist and psychiatrist that I saw here; both Emilee and Taylor were amazing, kind, and understanding providers. However, I have consistently had issues with the billing department at Thriveworks. After initiating over 25 phone calls, the issues with insurance coverage and billing have still not been resolved, and I have been forced to stop seeing my therapist and psychiatrist after working with them for over 2 years. I wanna start this by saying the therapist we deal with is amazing and we love her. We have no issues with her what so ever!! Theiveworks however seems to be a nightmare to deal with. I sent multiple emails with my new Insurnace one in November another in December and they still canceled all our appointments because they didn’t have the updated Insurnace and I had to respond to the canceling email and then send the insurance cards again. I for real look forward to my visits. There’s no judgment from her, no dirty looks or whoa vibes. she’s calm, steady, and lets my words go off and wander in conversation. When she does speak, her words are minimal but powerful, and they really stay with me. I’m really thankful for her
