I wanna start this by saying the therapist we deal with is amazing and we love her. We have no issues with her what so ever!! Theiveworks however seems to be a nightmare to deal with. I sent multiple emails with my new Insurnace one in November another in December and they still canceled all our appointments because they didn’t have the updated Insurnace and I had to respond to the canceling email and then send the insurance cards again. The billing people were entirely unhelpful only used one insurance and told me I owed $1... read more
