Shantrice Bradley is a star. She is a talented and patient clinician.
I came to this place because I needed to see a therapist right away and they got me in within a couple days. I had 1 session. The connection was awful. Our session kept getting cut off. Also they insist I had an appt on a day I did not. I tried to talk to them about it but of course I’m wrong. So I’m stuck paying a no show fee of $135! This place is a scam! I cancelled my upcoming appts and will go back to life stance.
This review is for the company and billing department. Since starting as a client with thriveworks less than a year ago, I have been billed incorrectly multiple times due to their billing department filing insurance claims incorrectly or billing me as uninsured when they had my insurance on file. They do billing through a third party service that does not care to correct mistakes. My first refund request took them over 5 months to complete. My therapist left the practice without telling me so I didn’t have one for a few months, and then the insurance policies changed and I also wasn’t told and im now in debt.
