Saturday December 2nd 2023, I had an appointment for my mother. We got there at 8:45 am. There was a line of 5 other patients all elder people waiting and the door was closed. It is 9:19 am now and after calling to their office by one of the patients still no one came here. Couple of patients left, the other ones are so irritated and this what happens in Medical field. Absolutely ridiculous.

VERY rude, condescending, and inconsiderate staff. I will never return to this location and would encourage others to stay away.
