The nurses are excellent!!! The scheduling is horrific. They have changed the time for my infusion without contacting me. They have canceled appointments without contacting me. I have been on three-way calls with my insurance and Thrivewell twice and I am still the one that has to solve billing issues. As professional as the nurses are, I suggest avoiding at all costs.
Staff are very friendly and attentive. Would recommend this location for good quality service and care.
