Very pleasant place, everyone is extremely helpful and makes you feel comfortable.
My father has been receiving bimonthly infusions at Thrivewell in Rockville Centre for the past year and a half, and every visit has been exceptional. The nurses. led by Margaret, with Julia and the rest of the team. are highly skilled, efficient, and wonderfully friendly. This has to be the best of the best. Wonderful attentive and friendliest place I have ever come across You are treated Royally. You are never waiting for your treatment. You feel welcome, wanted, and just like family. They don't come any better than Thrivewell.
Great people! Professional and caring. I wouldn't consider going to another location. Margret and the rest of the team are terrific.
Scheduling is horrendous and the “scheduler” caterina is rude. One nurse here is very impatient.
