From the beginning of my second pregnancy the front desk staff were somewhat rude/uncaring. First call in the woman asked "have you even missed your period yet", overall tone was that I was wasting her time needing another ob. The nurse practitioners were attentive, knowledgeable, and pretty respectful. The daytime ultrasound tech made it seem like every visit was a race, I was just another patient, and she has more to see.
