The practiced Cancelled appointment twice, once by telling me the the doctor we chose a with whom we confirmed an appointment became unavailable after appointment confirmation. The Second time they didn’t even call us or email us. Then they had the nerve to say “we can’t see you for another two months”. Was having symptoms of miscarriage and asked for a sooner appointment than a week away. while explaining what was going on the nurse told me “sounds like your a mess” then proceeded to tell me that the receptionist was right and a week would be the soonest they could see me. They were more focused on the amount of time it had been since I had visited the office than helping me. Found a new office that saw me the very next day.
I was not to happy that I was there almost 2 hrs.
