My dad was a resident of Thrive Care-Chase House for just over two weeks last November before he died. We moved him from another facility and were so very happy to have him there. It is a home, not just a place to live. Although my dad had very advanced dementia, he felt this too on his first day there. Upon our arrival, the staff helped him into an easy chair, gave him a drink of water and covered him with a blanket.
