This place is truly amazing. My mom lives in their Yarrow location. The care team there is exceptional. There is almost zero turnover and the residents are treated like gold. Erika and Casey have built a culture of high quality medical care combined with extreme human kindess. We could not be happier and are very thankful we found this place.
My mom has lived at the TriveCare Yarrow home since mid July 2024. I am so pleased with the care she is receiving. Most recently I notified the caregivers that mom had a dental appointment offsite. When I arrived mom was participating with the other residents but was dressed nicely, hair styled, teeth brushed, ready to go. We have other assisted living experiences and must say her caregivers go above and beyond. Thank you!
I cannot say enough positive things about the care my great aunt received while at Thrive. The caregivers and the owners were incredibly kind and genuinely caring. My aunt felt valued and comforted by these amazing people. The communication between staff, the owners and my family was seamless, keeping us informed and reassured at every step. My Mom lived the best possible life during the last year and a half with the ladies at Rowland House. Thrivecare is a wonderful company that provides the best of round the clock caretaking and almost daily activities. Even when Mom could not participate, volunteers and caretakers would include her by talking to her in her room, and sometimes sleeping very near her so that they could help her at night.
