This training was amazing! I signed up for this training mainly for personal growth, and my practice improved dramatically. Farrah & Chrystal have cornered the market on bringing teacher training & continuing education classes to North East Arkansas. I got my 200 hour yoga certification in 2021 through Thrive & it was a life changing experience! The instructors are amazing & very knowledgeable, I would highly recommend!
