I first saw Jenny for shoulder pain, and I can't say enough great things about her care. Anytime something feels off, I give her a call and she gets me in quickly. I always leave feeling significantly better and equipped with the tools I need to maintain my progress. I'm currently seeing her for tune-ups ahead of my marathon, and after just two sessions, my whole body already feels so much better! Do yourself a favor and go see her!

From discovering misalignments, making gentle readjustments, to supplying me with techniques that are safe for me to do on my own, Jenny has transformed my day-to-day life. Jenny is a miracle worker! Aside from showing me the basics of Pilates and working to strengthen my core after back surgery, the manual therapy side is life changing. I had no idea I needed this and have left appointments with Jenny feeling better than I have in years. She is amazing at what she does and such a good person. I’m beyond thankful for what Jenny has done. Schedule the appointment- she will not disappoint.

Thrive Wellness is the best. They take the time to listen, clearly explain the best path forward and then implement a plan to get you feeling better. I highly recommend Thrive!
