Rebecca is the most caring neuromuscular massage therapist you could ask for and have exceeded all my expectations! She knows exactly where my pain trigger points are and helps heals the tightness in my neck, back, and whole body. I feel immediate relief after our sessions. Thrive wellness is amazing, exceeding my expectations! Rebecca is able to really dig in and get to areas that other massage therapists just can’t…she finds and works on the whole chain of issues, not just that “one” spot. Rebecca is also a great listener and can tune in to exactly what you need during the massage. She has helped me significantly reduce body pain and tightness in so many areas! I had such a great massage at this wonderful place. I’m on my feet all the time, I lift heavy things, and I recently became a mom — so this was exactly what my body needed. I felt like I was floating after the session, and I haven’t felt this relaxed in a long time. Rebecca really knows what she’s doing — she finds all the tight spots and works them out so well. Highly recommend, and I’ll definitely be back!
Rebecca WAS THE BEST!!! Wow I never felt so connected to someone like she just KNEW me, I felt really comfortable the minute I walked in, she told me many stories and I felt so knowledgeable in many of the holistic ways.
