I've been to chiropractors most of my adult life. I have many experiences to compare Thrive Wellness to. Thrive gave a very thorough evaluation including xrays, which many chiros do not. They offered a variety of treatment options, dependent on my insurance and ability to pay out of pocket. The office is run with efficiency and I am in and out in 15min if I only need an adjustment. The visits that I did have were productive. However after my first 2 visits I was informed that my individual counseling person was no longer with the clinic. I did have a 3rd visit and was asked if I would like to set up another visit. No one called or got in touch with me. I was then charged for a visit that I was not in attendance for or aware of. I did get an apology for no message of an upcoming visit,but I did get a bill.

overpriced. personal information was shared. Prior to this no issues. Gina deemed a request not feasible and came at me adversarial. She was more worried about retaliation to information being shared than the questions at hand. I obviously came to this clinic for assistance. Not resistance. Hoping this was a one time issue.

An incredible group of caring therapists who know exactly how to meet your needs in an environment that's amazingly calm and that has multiple waiting rooms for privacy. I brought my daughter and the calming music, scents, and squishy stress balls were an instant hit. Going to see her therapist is now her favorite thing to do every week, and it shows in the progress she's gradually making. I have seen multiple therapists in my days and all I can say is that I highly recommend Thrive
