overpriced. personal information was shared. Prior to this no issues. Gina deemed a request not feasible and came at me adversarial. She was more worried about retaliation to information being shared than the questions at hand. I obviously came to this clinic for assistance. Not resistance. Hoping this was a one time issue.
An incredible group of caring therapists who know exactly how to meet your needs in an environment that's amazingly calm and that has multiple waiting rooms for privacy. I brought my daughter and the calming music, scents, and squishy stress balls were an instant hit. Going to see her therapist is now her favorite thing to do every week, and it shows in the progress she's gradually making. I have seen multiple therapists in my days and all I can say is that I highly recommend Thrive
This review is about Nicole, one of the therapist. Prior to the therapy, my daughter was a straight A students last school year and because she was stress out at school so she had therapy with Nicole. After several sessions with Nicole, from getting straight A, she now got a few C and D and didn't do her assignments. She never got a C or D at school ever. A place for healing with financial grief. Gina as the ‘office manager’ should not be working in mental health she is their account collector strong-arm. I had covid too bad $311, I am struggling financially too bad $311. They do not send you appt reminders until the day before at 505pm and if you have to cancel/reschedule will still charge you their fee for the visit $311. They are a scam. Brandy and Thrive Wellness has been a God send. The mental health evaluation Brandy does was able to recognize some deficiencies that I had which was contributing to my depression and mood swings, since being on the suggested protocol, I feel so much better my moods are balanced and I am not experiencing the lows I had before seeing her.
