Had me prepay for a package of sessions and failed to provide all the sessions that were paid for. Basically stealing $500 from me. Did the same thing to my friend who I recommended to her. Would never recommend again. I asked for a refund or to finish the sessions paid for a year ago and have reached out many times with no response.
Dr Charity has been amazing with our kids. I have grown up with chiropractic care and is so skilled, gentle and effective. I highly recommend her.
My entire family have been patients of Dr. Hess’s for over two years. What she has done to improve our lives is immeasurable. I have two slipped discs that can be tough, especially when it has a spasm. Not only does she drop everything to help but she is absolutely incredible at what she does, listens, and goes way out of her way to help.
