Horrible. We’ve been with them for about 2 years. Made me wait for 4 hours for a question about my daughter. Finally got back to me and said they couldn’t order an X-ray because we’re out of state. Informed them we’re not out of state and they said they still can’t help. Feels lazy. Ruined our entire day. Defeats the entire purpose of a concierge doctor. Had to pay $500 extra on top of my X-ray for the consult
Dr. Whatley has gone above and beyond as my AME. I have been "working with" the FAA and she has been with me every step of the way. If you need to renew your medical, I can't recommend her enough!
