Waited 2 weeks to get in after a back injury. When I came in for my appointment, they said they couldn't find my name on the schedule. Said it would be another few weeks before they could reschedule. That is horrible when you are, and have been, in a lot of pain.
Emily and her team were knowledgeable, professional and personable at the same time. It felt more like working out with a friend/coach instead of seeing a physical therapist. Highly recommend Thrive!
