No heartbeat no paperwork? I found it strange how I was taunted from one of staff when I asked for copies of my visit. She said I could find my info on their online portal. It’s called “my heart” I didn’t find that to be funny what so ever. I’m considering suing.
Stopped here since the switch from Thrive to Reach and the clinic seems a lot more gloomy. I went in for their free STD testing due to loosing my insurance coverage, I waited in the lobby for a bit before being informed that they only offer STD tests to pregnant women. Highly disappointed, since most pregnant women that are low income qualify for Medicaid and can receive testing when seeing their Geno.
