The only licensed therapist appears to be the owner, while student clinicians provide services, yet insurance is billed at the full licensed rate as though the owner were delivering the therapy. My son attended for three months and showed no measurable progress in his speech. Denied my son an evaluation because the main language spoken at home wasn’t English? We are disappointed that no attempt was made to discuss options or accommodations. Families raising bilingual or non-English speaking children should be aware of this clinic’s policies and priorities before contacting this business.
We have been informed by our son's school that his therapist Ray Lynn is great with him. Each time he is so excited to see her. Since he has been seeing her, he has made much improvement. We are so happy.
