I have had nothing but problem after problem and and an emergency type situations the line supposed to be in case of urgent issues you have to leave a voicemail and still wait and wait for a call I've had to call my pediatrician's office after hours and even they had a hard time reaching someone. I have had nothing but problem after problem they try to address things after staying on them about it but even in trying they still get it wrong. My daughter requires oxygen, bi-pap, pulse oximeter, suction, cough assist and all the replacement supplies that come along with these. We used Soft Touch medical, prior to them being bought out and have had nothing but struggles since Thrive bought Soft Touch. Our replacement parts used to come like clockwork, now they take forever, if they come at all. The customer service lacks product knowledge and follow-up.
