Never tried Pilates before— omg what a great workout. And it wasn’t intimidating either. I haven’t been very active and I was having back issues because my core was getting weak. Alisa was great. Just a regular session made me feel better immediately. If you’re an athlete or a former athlete. Try it. Alisa was a pro tennis player and her expertise is so unique. I will be going back.
