They charged both my care credit and credit card for services when I specifically stated NOT TO CHARGE CARECREDIT AND PRETENDED I AUTHORIZED IT.

Our experience with Thrive was very good Initial consultation with Dr Chiu for our Zoey’s surgery was so through and he gave many options and recommendations. Abdominal Colopexy surgery went very well and she is recovering now . Huge Thanks to Dr Sam Chiu for his communication , care , and surgical expertise through out the process . Also grateful for the friendly front desk ladies that checked us in each visit and took several calls; always very attentive and helpful . We’ve been here with both our dogs over the years, one being very reactive, and the care has been phenomenal. Our one dog more recently ate something she wasn’t supposed to, so we spent 2 days in and out of the vet office, and they were so attentive and answered all our questions. Dr. Earls even called us a couple days later to see how she was feeling. The attention to care here is amazing, and you can tell they really care about every case they get in.
