The staff was wonderful, and Dr. Brofman was very helpful in diagnosing our dog. Could not have been better.
There are no board-certified specialists here, so what is the justification for a 500% markup on rates? Your tech isn't brand new, you don't operate at or over capacity, so why try to fleece people when you could still turn a generous profit. If the reason is to offset costs of emergencies where clients cannot pay, this is not a fair or ethical operation.
I took my Chihuahua in for an internal medicine appointment. Marco, my PTSD service animal, was treated amazingly (he loved it). I was wounded in combat, and Marco is not just my pet but part of my support system. They treated him with love and care. I will highly recommend this place.
Dr. Ortiz is among the elite club of most compassionate vets out there. She sits and listens. Her heart is open and it's so clear she loves animals and loves her job. She saved my dogs life out of kindness and love. She works with her clients where they are at and does what is right, not what is going to make their business the most money. I'm deeply grateful that ABQ has such a wonderful clinic full of the most caring doctors and staff. Thank you Thrive. I know my animals have the best home with you all at Thrive.
