My experience with Saginaw Thrive was great. I went in feeling really scared and nervous, as my fur baby needed a wellness check. Staff were very welcoming and polite to me. Dr. Mccreary was so very kind and caring, she reassured me that she would get to the bottom of what was going on with my dog. She did just that, also answered any questions or concerns I may have had. Tech Jessica was very helpful in assisting with my fur baby, she was also kind and caring. I took my kitty n today to get neutered, I couldn't even sleep, high anxiety and nervous. Ive had some bad 👎 veterinarians n the past. But.. this place is absolutely incredible. I talked on the phone to this amazing lady named Jewels. Her kindness, and great positive attitude helped me calm down. Just a wonderful person. And then I met Dr. McCreary. Thrive Pet in Saginaw was and is amazing! It was my first visit to them because my dog was reaching his end of life. They did not know me or the love I had for my dog, but they treated us like we were family. They made saying goodbye to my boy so much easier. I will always appreciate them, and I will be taking my other dogs there for future care.
