CHANGING VETS ASAP!!!!!! Last Wednesday, August 12, I took my 2 six year old yorkies and my 12 week old golden retriever puppy to Thrive. We recently moved to Germantown, so this was their first visit at Thrive. I took a fecal sample for the puppy to be sure she was clear of anything that might be contagious to my other dogs. When leaving, the front desk receptionist told me that she would email the receipts, the notes to provide insurance, and test results. My regular vet didn’t have an appointment available for over a week. Was able to do a same day appointment at Thrive. The service was amazing! The team was awesome, highly recommend. Dogs now have a new vet.
We had another new Doctor this visit as well as new tech staff. It was very friendly yet professional visit. I felt heard and understood, my baby Bodhi was treated well. I hope we can keep this crew. A special shoutout to Tech Marcus who helped me resolve some issues I had with obtaining Bodhi’s special food and answering questions about his health. 👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾
