My experience with this veterinary clinic has been extremely disappointing. I want to make it clear that this is not just about what happened today, but about several experiences over time that have made me feel a lack of empathy, sensitivity, and consideration toward both Coco and me. CHANGING VETS ASAP!!!!!! Last Wednesday, August 12, I took my 2 six year old yorkies and my 12 week old golden retriever puppy to Thrive. We recently moved to Germantown, so this was their first visit at Thrive. I took a fecal sample for the puppy to be sure she was clear of anything that might be contagious to my other dogs. When leaving, the front desk receptionist told me that she would email the receipts, the notes to provide insurance, and test results.
