We had another new Doctor this visit as well as new tech staff. It was very friendly yet professional visit. I felt heard and understood, my baby Bodhi was treated well. I hope we can keep this crew. A special shoutout to Tech Marcus who helped me resolve some issues I had with obtaining Bodhi’s special food and answering questions about his health. 👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾
Whoever answered the phone when i called was extremely rude. I will never be taking my pet here again. Absolutely awful experience. They canceled the appointment at the last minute, told me to go to an emergency hospital instead, and were incredibly rude and dismissive. Zero compassion, zero accountability, and terrible customer service. I would never trust them with my pet again.i asked for my pups medical records and they never sent them
They called and cancelled the appointment last minute and when I called back nobody answered or called me back. They don’t care about Animals here. So cold and inconsiderate and rude. Will never go back
