Very disappointed with there handling of my dog. They put in zero effort to address my concerns. We walked out of there with no services provided. They gave up on my dog after they took her to the exam room. Never got to meet the doctor. Do not recommend.

I visited yesterday with my two cats to get their scheduled vaccinations done. Everything was going very well at first, but the technician’s behavior seemed a bit overly anxious to me, almost as if they weren't sure of what they were doing. They took my cat to the adjacent room for the shots and told me I couldn't come along. After a while, my cat came back extremely anxious and stressed out, with a bleeding nail. I cannot say how grateful I am for the amazing staff and doctors at this office and how much love and care they gave to my 17 year old cat up until the very end. Thrive Plus program made it reasonably priced and making appointments was very simple. We will continue to take our fur babies here.
