Starting with my call with Amanda in the office who explained the difference types of services offered and she was very professional.They were very informative My technician Carson was on time, informed me when he was on his way, he was very professional and took his time to explain what he was doing and what to expect. GREAT COMPANY! Amanda was very helpful when we had questions about all the treatments offered and helped us pinpoint exactly what we needed. There technicians where amazing and friendly. Showed up on time and ready to do exactly what they needed to. They answered any questions we had while they treated and made sure we felt comfortable and understood exactly what they were doing. Overall great company, great owner, and amazing staff.

Horrible experience! $750 charged for a simple bed bugs extermination in our rental unit and the bugs are still there and we’ve lost our tenants today and it costs us $776 in losses. Please think twice before hiring this company…
