My concerns were overlooked and I paid for an incomplete diagnostic due to inclínate weather. I explicitly repeated if you can’t complete the job due to weather I’d rather not start and just reschedule. He did exactly what I asked him not to do. So today I have another repairman at my home completing what he started but did not finish. But stillb demanded payment. Manny called prior to his scheduled time appointment and arrived promptly. He was very courteous and professional and knew exactly how to troubleshoot the problem and fixed the issues within a reasonable amount of time.
Dylan did a great job of repairing our sprinkler. He replaced old tubing with new quality tubing. He’s our “go to” guy for irrigation repair! Thanks Dylan!

I called in with concern for a non-functional rain sensor on our irrigation system and the customer service rep clearly outlined their very reasonable service call pricing and offered a next day appointment!
