Very caring and knowledgeable
Excellent service upstairs and downstairs from the doctor to PT. Helped me recover tremendously!
I initially had a great first visit. It was suggested by a PA that I receive injection shots for my knees. I informed the staff that if my insurance did not cover the cost I would pay out of pocket. Now three months later and me calling them over 10 times, speaking with staff and failed promises of a returned calI, I have not received any assistance in my medical care. Received the worse experience after arriving at the Lilburn location for the first time. I went around back to the physical therapy department and immediately was treated like I was a criminal who was coming to rob the place. Very unprofessional and lack of customer service skills. This was an office that was referred to me by my Attorneys office. I will not be returning back here for services. Two stars is only because the lady at the front top office was nice.
