Professional, friendly, excellent.
While I have gone to Thrive off and on for two years now to address serious health and hormonal issues I can’t say I would recommend Thrive. I found Dr. Valenica to be knowledgeable, however the follow through with care is unorganized and seriously lacking. From unanswered emails, zero communication when my (expensive) test results came back, to not even submitting my prescriptions or making the supplements known to me for over a week after she said they would be available. Nice people but I called asking for an IV drip for dehydration (normally $150 give or take). Once I finished they charged me $450!!! Breakdown: $189. For The IV, $150 entrance interview and about $110 which could never really be explained. I know times are tough and I tip like crazy these days but come on. Any medical advice or suggestions just lost all credibility with me.
