Thrive aerial classes are for all ages! I've been taking adult classes for 7 years now and enjoy the challenge and uniqueness of aerials. You don't have to be strong or flexible to begin classes - I was 46 and neither when I started. Thrive instructors will meet you where you are and over time you will build strength and confidence. I also have 3 children who have taken aerial classes and summer camp for 10 years. It has been a joy to see how they have grown in strength, confidence, and aerial skills at Thrive.
I’ve been going to Thrive since I was 15 years old and I’m 23 now! This is literally my favorite place in the world. Circus has brought me so much joy and I highly recommend Thrive to everyone. It has helped me find a deeper connection with my body and soul, brought me so much confidence in myself, and made me capable of things I never thought possible. THRIVE is a fantastic place! The instructors are knowledgeable and capable of teaching to all skills levels. They make sure to have foundational knowledge in place in order to keep their students safe, but they also know how to provide appropriate challenges and opportunities for growth so that each person stays motivated by their successes.
