Thrive is a great community of women... and men! The trainers are amazing and supportive. Small Group Training is a fun, dynamic workout every session. I have been a client for years. I love everything about Thrive! It's a great space for all levels of fitness.
I received a very warm welcome as a newcomer to this studio. Lyndsey leads the Friday morning class and was awesome. My experience has been very positive, great space and a great trainer.
Thank you for allowing me to join 5 classes at Thrive in Ocean Park during the time I came to Ocean Park to look after my Dad. I really enjoyed the classes, the instructors, and the fellow clients. The variety of exercises keeps classes interesting and motivating. I love how targeted each activity is! The instructors are very friendly, patient and knowledgeable.
