They tried to call loan due early for a mixup with insurance (was switched to secondary residence) - refused to negotiate or accept documentation. My lawyer was befuddled by the way they acted, it seemed like they just wanted the equity in the house. They lost over $35k in lawyer fees instead and I still own the house.
I had a fantastic experience working with both Nick and Cam. They are both extremely knowledgeable in their craft. Very sharp. Quick to respond and they just get the job done. Overall 10/10 experience.
