Just had the worst experience with Donna Philips, not only was she extremely rude she also hung up on me. Terrible customer service I wouldn’t recommend anyone to use this company.

Getting a mortgage proved to be challenging during this pandemic. The original mortgage company that I worked with kept asking for more and more documentation as our closing date approached, and kept offering less and less money.
