Really disappointed, in my consult I told the masseuse that I was having pain through my neck and shoulders, she did a little work on my shoulders but never even touched my neck. The masseuse was nice and was good about pressure on the rest of the massage but not pleased that my problem areas were ignored completely, I walked out with the same pain I went in with.
Doctor is exceptionally knowledgeable, and the treatment I've received has consistently been excellent. However, I advise caution when enrolling in the membership. I ended up paying an extra $60 for a one-time visit on top of the initial $87 fee. There was significant miscommunication and a lack of accountability throughout the process. Additionally, I never signed a contract or received any details about my membership plan.
