We moved into these apartments in 2022 and one of the biggest reasons for my renewals have been thanks to James and Bernard. They have transformed this from a place I live into a community and a place I call home. Unfortunately I’ll have to move away, but the help and warmth they provided is something that made this place shine in my eyes.
After almost two years of living here with my three year old son with no prior issues. I ran into a legal matter that has me separated from my family. Unfortunately, the leasing at Thrive Luxury apartments have been ANYTHING but helpful. After emailing the leasing team to have my ex-wife/mother of my child, to be able to speak and act on my behalf, they still have not accommodated ANY request. Next month, my lease comes to an end, and I’m genuinely so sad that we have to move. I truly wish we didn’t have to leave. I want to thank the entire community, the management team, Xavier and Angel that helped me all along this lease and the maintenance team which is THE BEST for such an amazing year. The best apartments i have ever stayed at and the longest for that reason. Staff was always available and willing to help. They were always friendly and remember their tenants and always greeted you. Areas were always cleaned and maintained and if service was needed it was usually same day or 1st thing next day if it was after hours. Had great neighbors throughout the many years there. Thrive Luxury Apartments really stands out. Felicia, the property manager, is fantastic to work with—professional, easy to talk to, and great at communicating, and her team clearly follows her example. The pool area is stunning and honestly feels more like a resort than an apartment community. The apartments themselves are beautiful, and the grounds are kept in excellent shape.
