Thrive Luxury Apartments really stands out. Felicia, the property manager, is fantastic to work with—professional, easy to talk to, and great at communicating, and her team clearly follows her example. The pool area is stunning and honestly feels more like a resort than an apartment community. The apartments themselves are beautiful, and the grounds are kept in excellent shape. My experience with Thrive Luxury Apartments has been exceptional. During my tour, Felicia, the property manager, went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and answer all of my questions. The community was clean, well-maintained, and looked fantastic. I was very impressed with everything I saw and am looking forward to potentially making Thrive my home in the future.
I want to give a shoutout to Bernie from Thrive Luxury Apartments maintenance team. He is always friendly, upbeat, and goes out of his way to greet residents and help with anything needed. You can tell he genuinely cares and takes pride in his work, and he really makes the community feel more welcoming. The only downside is that the grills in the community have been out of service for about 3 months, which has been frustrating. Other than that, Bernie is amazing and definitely a huge asset to the property.
One thing I have loved while living here is the maintenence staff. I want to thank Bernard for all he does He always greets me with a smile and a hello. He is genuine and I can tell he loves helping the residence here. He is an amazing human and I hope he gets the recognition he deserves. Me and my roommates love to see him around he always has a smile and has great conversations with us.
This place is simply amazing,super luxurious and everthing is always clean....they have a great staff that are always there when u need them
