Bernard and all the maintenance workers are the best. They are always friendly and quick to resolve any issues that come up. You feel truly cared for here
The maintenance people here are so nice! I can’t remember his name but we had to deal with him a couple times and he was always so nice! I wish we didn’t need so many washers but he was always nice about it!
Bernardo and Felix are amazing, both really professional and gentlemen following up multiple times for maintenance making sure everything was good.
I had a wonderful experience at Thrive Luxury Apartments, especially thanks to Felicia, the community manager. She is professional, attentive, and genuinely cares about the residents. Her assistance made a significant difference. I highly recommend Thrive!🌟🌟
Jose was quick and efficient! My air blower temporarily went down he had it fixed within 24hrs!! Jose always was kind enough to hook up a in unit air conditioning so we didn’t overheat, he took it down as well leaving no mess!! Bernard is also super friendly an always willing to lend out a hand! Very pleasant work staff great smiles!
