The application was a little frustrating. You have to give them access to your bank to prove income. I did not feel comfortable about that. *Move in was fine. Javier & Angel are great. The price very reasonable. A lot of amenities that most apartments don’t have. Car wash, dog spa, gym, nice pool and grill. They also have garages which is a plus. *Apartment could have been cleaned better ( Cabinets, bathroom). *The neighborhood is nice, very quiet. *GYM has really nice equipment but it smells so bad I can’t work out in there... read more
Angel and Javier are amazing leasing agents at Thrive. My wife and I recently moved in and are proud to call Thrive our new home. The Decker floor plan is amazing and it's a townhome feel instead of an apartment feel. We have recommended Thrive to friends and are very pleased with our community.

Loud neighbors with paper thin walls can't call that a luxury living. Clubhouse is featured in home tour however it's not accessible for residents, its only for rental at a extaorbitan $250 for 3 hours. Poor parking infrastructure with no parking assignments, "first comes first parks" ( like at the mall ). Be aware of dog when walking in common areas.
