I would like to update my review after living here for 2 years. This place has been great. We initially had problems with bad traffic both ways on I4 however that’s been resolved and taking I4 has been a breeze, making the location very convenient. The complex has a playground and jacuzzi which many others don’t offer. My daughter has loved living here and has made lots of friends. Beautiful apartments they have a beautiful outside spot in between the complexes that you can grill have small get-togethers the pool area is very nice and clean the gym looks really good highly recommend this place
Very lovely community. My apartment is nice with a wonderful layout, lots of space, and storage. It's a great location and beautiful area. The fitness center is awesome with great equipment and is always open. The management is very nice and friendly. Maintenance is great and quick to respond to even minor issues. Our elevator has been fixed and working very well. The gates have been fixed but occasionally stop working. Very little parking near my actual apartment, so I usually can't park close to my home.
