DO NOT USE THEM. Worst pool construction and customer service I’ve ever seen or experienced. We bought the pool through our house contractor who used Brad with Thrive. Everything was ok at first. We asked for a simple rectangle pool with a tanning ledge. Upon completion of pool construction we noticed there was some odd striping at the bottom. I inherited Thrive as our landscaping and pool maintenance vendor when I moved in with my husband. I managed them for a year and things went downhill. Then, I gave them 4 months to make the situation right before terminating our relationship. Overall, there was a lack of honesty and communication. For example, after they stained our pergola the entirely wrong color, I was lied to and told "it would fade after a couple weeks."
