We have Thrive take care of our irrigation winterization each Fall. They do a fantastic job; very professional, clean, and thorough.
I’ve tried calling them twice now over the last Two days to get a quote but they do not answer their phone. It’s not a good sign when a company doesn’t have someone screening phone calls for them. When I say next is just my opinion. It makes me think that if I hired them to do the work, I would have a very hard time getting a hold of them if anything went wrong. Thrive Landscaping/Snow completes services for my HOA properties I manage. They are timely and do a great job! I have had zero complaints from homeowners about them out of nearly 2,000 homeowners. I would highly recommend them!
Update: I had a constructive conversation with Chandler and received clarification on my concerns. I was told the owner will honor the original price. Based on this follow-up, I’ve updated my review from one star to a neutral rating. I hope future communication will remain productive. I'll update my reviews accordingly based on my actual experience. Like the owner's response, my review is not just complaint.
