In my seven decades, I have been prescribed many physical therapy sessions due to injuries and medical procedures. Of all these experiences, only two stand out for their effectiveness. The first was therapy after my left hand was surgically reconstructed at HSS due to an almost fatal fall in 1968 and the second was working with Dr. Donny Chan at Thrive PT.
