Looking for an apartment in Lubbock Texas this is the place to be! From all the staff to even the people that live here it was amazing.all the amenities,pet friendly,fully furnished.if you have an issue with anything it is resolved quick! If you have any questions they have answers. If I ever make it back up to Lubbock I will be stopping in to just say hello to Mrs Lisa and her crew!
So far my experience at Thrive has been truly amazing. The thing I love the most about living at Thrive has to be the community. Everyone that I’ve interacted has been super friendly and hospitable, and I feel safe and welcomed here. The staff really go above and beyond to make sure you are accommodated and always ready to help when they can. Would recommend this complex for any students in Lubbock! I have had an amazing experience with all the staff in the front from the time I got my tour from Malakye to any maintenance request. The leasing Manager Lisa is personable and takes care of all her residents. The front desk staff is always there to help and they are all so sweet. We’ve been living at Thrive in Lubbock for a little over two years now, and we’ve really enjoyed our time here. The location is super convenient — close to our workplace, restaurants, and shopping — and our apartment has been comfortable and well maintained. The staff has always been friendly and helpful, and maintenance requests are handled quickly. I’ve been living here for a year and I have had no issues! The staff is incredibly friendly and so quick to respond to any questions or concerns that I may have! The manager is always so easy to reach and makes everything so easy and understandable especially for us college students residing at Thrive. The community is so live and welcoming and I plan to stay here throughout my college career! Definitely worth it!
