Please please do not get fooled by the low prices!! Management will offer deals and lower rent rates but once you sign will add extra charges and a monthly “convenience fee” of $15 everytime you try to pay rent on THEIR website. Living at this apartment complex has been an incredibly frustrating experience. The customer service is poor, with front desk staff like Samantha often demonstrating a lack of professionalism and competence. Parking is a constant struggle, the pool is frequently closed or not properly maintained, and the coffee machine is almost never in working condition. Disrespects peoples cars by leaving flyers on cars at other apartment complexes
I've lived at Thrive for nearly 9 months and have had nothing but great experiences. The management team, especially Lisa and Britney, have been incredible. They’ve listened to both my concerns and my roommate’s, and always take action to make things better. Their kindness and responsiveness have truly made living here feel like home.
