The sink is cap you don’t actually get the one from the tour. The guest parking is actually crazyyyyy, it is very unreliable especially when you have to park from the other side of the apartments just to visit a buddy. ONLY 4 GUEST PARKING. FOR LIKE 2000 PEOPLE?
I have lived here for 3 years now. This student housing property has been nothing but kind, respectful, affordable, and helpful. The staff members and maintenance has been amazing. I also love when they host their resident events. Overall amazing place to live.

Thrive in Lubbock is hands down one of the best student living communities in town! From the moment my boyfriend and I moved in, Mrs. Lisa went above and beyond to make the transition smooth and stress-free. She helped me with a transfer and even allowed extra time to move my things, understanding that I was juggling school at the same time. The front office staff is incredibly friendly and professional. Great community! Lots of events to help everyone feel involved. The area is nice and it has a bus route to Tech as well. Recommend :)
