I lived in Thrive for 11 months in a 2x2. The maintenance people are friendly, if a maintenance service was requested they always asked if there was anything else to fix before leaving and frequently changed our air filters. Some windows had problems closing due to dirt (there was construction right in front of the apartment) which caused AC to run almost all day, after detecting the problem our electricity bill decreased by almost half. I really enjoyed my time living at The Thrive. The apartment itself was super nice, clean, and well taken care of. The pool was a huge plus! The water was always blue even after a big storm! The staff were awesome too. Always friendly, professional, and quick to help whenever something came up. You can tell they actually care about the residents. Kudos - Lisa & Malakye Transfer from 4x4 to 2x2 I just wanted to take the time to highlight both Lisa and Malakye on their customer service! To clarify I am a Working 5th Year Student, and have already been living at Thrive in Lubbock since Fall of 2021. This place has in a way become home, and in my re-signing process I wanted to mention Malakye was honest and well informed. Please please do not get fooled by the low prices!! Management will offer deals and lower rent rates but once you sign will add extra charges and a monthly “convenience fee” of $15 everytime you try to pay rent on THEIR website. Furthermore, utilities charges were alarming. I was living in a 4x4 and we were each paying over $60–even on months when we were not occupying the apartment.
